The Bruce Witmer exhibit is special and unique.  Bruce was a local man of many talents.  He made amazing miniature replicas of actual buildings and scenes out of wood, many containing thousands of pieces.  He also made intricately carved furniture and drawings of old Harrisburg.

Stroll through the renovated Victorian home full of memorabilia that is sure to put you in a bygone era.

First and foremost, the Harrisburg Area Museum is noteworthy for its collection of old farm equipment.  The equipment has been restored and can be operated.  It is old, it is amazing, and there is lots of it.
