Harrisburg Fees, Licenses, Development Charges and Utilities 2015/2016
The City of Harrisburg has fees, licenses, development charges and utility charges that are required by the Harrisburg Municipal Code, by specific ordinances. Fees are created through the adoption of a Resolution. Some fees are specified by our agency partners, such as Linn County Planning & Building. Utility Rates are typically updated once a year; as determined by the Harrisburg Budget Committee, and the Harrisburg City Council.
