HRA and City of Harrisburg Budget Committee Public Notice May 11, 2026
NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Harrisburg Redevelopment Agency and the City of Harrisburg, Linn County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be held at the Harrisburg Municipal Center, 354 Smith Street, Harrisburg, Oregon. The Harrisburg Redevelopment Agency Budget Committee meeting will take place on Monday May 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Immediately following will be the City of Harrisburg Budget Committee meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Harrisburg Redevelopment Agency Budget Committee and the City of Harrisburg Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the budget committee. The second budget meeting notice will be posted at the following web site: www.ci.harrisburg.or.us. A copy of the budget document will be posted on-line, and may also be inspected or obtained on or after May 4, 2026 at Harrisburg City Hall, 120 Smith Street, Harrisburg, Oregon, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to noon Friday.
