APPLICANT/OWNER: Patrick and Donnell Freeman/Patrick and Donnell Freemen Living Trust; PO Box 588; Harrisburg, OR 97446
SITE LOCATION: The subject site is located at an existing address of 160 Smith St. and is also known as tax lot 5100 of Linn County Assessors Map 15S04W16AA.
REQUEST: The applicant requests approval of a change of use site plan to convert the former VFW Quonset Hut into a Commercial Business, and a variance request to allow a Mixed-Use Residential Unit being added at the ground level, in the Downtown Historic District using design guidelines for commercial construction in HMC 18.65.
