Land Use Planning Permit Application
This application should be filled out for any land use request requiring an application. You may print and fill out the document by hand or download the document and fill it out electronically.
The Oregon Fire Code Applications Guide is provided by LInn County, and is applicable to projects located within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City of Harrisburg. It is also available below. This guide is especially applicable to partition plats, property line adjustments, site plans, conditional use permits, variances, and subdivisions.
