City of Harrisburg Proclaims Sister City Relationship with Breal-Sous-Montfort, France! 

On June 13, 2025, following unanimous approval by the City Council, the City of Harrisburg enacted an agreement to enter into a Sister-City relationship with Breal-sous-Montfort, France.  This relationship is established due to our friendship and shared values with this City in France.  The two cities together, agree to:

This event is FREE for Harrisburg residents (except large/bulky items like couches and appliances, $5.00 for the large/bulky loads, Visa/MC and Discover accepted) and ID's will be checked. With SO MANY visitors coming into town for the summer events, this is one of the best and most cost-effective ways to help get rid of those unwanted items and really spruce up your property.
