Notice of Special Use Pending Decision

Special Use Permit for 285 Moore St. - An Automotive Repair Shop; Indecent Speed & Performance, LLC

A Special Use Permit is required under Harrisburg Municipal Code (HMC) 18.45, for any business providing Automotive Repair & Service in the Commercial Zone.  The owner of Indecent Speed & Performance, LLC, will be leasing the property located at 285 Moore St.  

A special use permit is not a land use action; therefore, there is no public hearing scheduled.  The City Administrator/Planner is using standards upon which the review will be made.  An Administrative Decision will be rendered on September 30, 2025.  If a citizen wishes to comment on this use of the property, they may contact Lori Ross lross@ci.harrisburg.or.us. or Michele Eldridge meldridge@ci.harrisburg.or.us, by September 29, 2025.
