4th of July Shields

Have you seen the great 4th of July Shields that are put up every year on the City streets?  We love having these up as a symbol of unity and freedom.  

If you have an existing shield, you'll get an email from the organization, and the $40 renewal fee will apply.  Follow the instructions to pay, or mail in a check to our address at Harrisburg Community 4th of July Association (or HC4JA), PO Box 178, Harrisburg, OR 97446.

If you'd like to change the name or add to it, you'll be charged $50.  Contact the email below with instructions. 

If you are a sponsor at $250 and above, you'll get a shield with your business name on it!  Non-profits will also get a shield if one is available.  

If you don't have a shield with your family name on it, you can be added to a wait list for when new shields do become available.  Please email HarrisburgJuly4thCelebration@comcast.net with any questions. 

• $40 for renewal shields
• $50 for a new family name shield, or a name change. ($40, plus set up fee)
• $100 Non-profits - Organization Name
• $250 Business Sponsor - Name on Shield, banner, social media, website, fliers & ads
• $500 Business Sponsor - Above, plus larger name on banner, fliers & ads.
• $1,000 Business Sponsor - Logo on all above & your banner in high exposure area
• $2,500 Business Sponsor - Above, plus listed as Headline Sponsor in all ads.

Business shields are typically put on the highway, or near the business, while family shields are up and down Smith St.

If your shield application is received by May 15, your shield will be put up between May 23rd and 30th. 

If your shield application is received May 16 to June 14, signs will be put up by June 20th.  Payments must be received by June 14th.

We are unable to accept forms after June 14th
