A Celebration of a Relationship between Breal-sous-Montfort, France, and Harrisburg, OR, USA in memorium of 1st. Lieutenant Russell Quinn - Established June 13, 2025 - Join us for a meeting in which we will zoom with our counterparts in France to formally review our agreement together, and to celebrate two cities who cherish freedom, and the sacrifices of those who have died to protect others.
