This six-week, once-a-week course covers all you need to know to live with a chronic health condition. Free. Starts Wednesday, May 20, 2015 5:30 - 8 p.m. This six-week workshop meets on Wednesday evenings in May and June at the Justice Center, 354 Smith St. Learn how to self-manage heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, bronchitis, emphysema and other chronic conditions, including how to talk to your doctor about your condition and needs. Provided by Samaritan Health. While this workshop is free, you must pre-enroll for it. Call 541-995-7700 or stop by the H.A.R.T. Center to sign up if you are interested in taking this course being offered through Samaritan Health Services.
