Property Improvement Grants
The Harrisburg Redevelopment Agency provides support to businesses located in the downtown by providing Property Improvement Grants. Please follow the links to the Grant Guidelines to learn more about each program. Applications for the Property Improvement Grant can be accessed by clicking on the links, or they are available at the bottom of this webpage.
To see how much value this program can add to your properties, please take a look at the 2019/2020 HRA Annual Report. Four businesses increased their overall RMV for more than their personal investments in this program.
