Planning Commission Meeting
Calendar Date:
This meeting will be held in-person at Harrisburg City Hall. Up to 14 people other than staff are allowed to be present. Seating is 6' apart, and disinfection/COVID protocol is in place. All attendees must sign in at the door. Masks are required, and are available if you don't have one.
If you have testimony to provide, it can be submitted in writing if provided to staff prior to 5:00 on the 16th. After 5:00, it can be delivered to the meeting location in person, starting at 6:30. Please provide ten copies for the Planning Commission and Staff.
Alternate ways to communicate can be set up; staff can call you during the testimony portion of the meeting, or if you'd prefer to wait in your car, we can call you when it's your turn to testify.
