REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Harrisburg is conducting a formal selection process to invite qualified engineers to submit proposals for developing a Master Plan for the Stormwater Drainage System for the City. The successful Proposer or Proposers will create a master plan for the City’s storm water drainage system.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is available at the City of Harrisburg’s website https://link.edgepilot.com/s/a5513d7c/H0-p4yF9IUaLwgLbHQh0Zg?u=http://www.ci.harrisburg.or.us/ where it can be viewed and printed. Any Addenda will also be posted on the city’s website https://link.edgepilot.com/s/a5513d7c/H0-p4yF9IUaLwgLbHQh0Zg?u=http://www.ci.harrisburg.or.us/. All prospective proposers must be added to the Prospective Proposers List by sending an e-mail with company contact information to admin@branchengineering.com with the project title in the subject line. Prospective proposers must be on the Prospective Proposers List for their Proposal to be considered. Proposers are responsible for checking the website for addenda and changes prior to submitting proposals, however notification of Addenda issuance will be issued via e-mail to the addresses listed on the Prospective Proposers List. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at Harrisburg Justice Center 354 Smith St, Harrisburg, OR 97446 at 2:00 pm, October 23, 2025.
