Wastewater Plant - Farm Lease Bid Invitation
Please see the attached invitation to bid for more information. Bids will be accepted up until August 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm at 120 Smith Street, Harrisburg, OR 97446. Please note City Hall offices are closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, so if you wish to drop off your bid during that time, please use the drop box just to the south (left) of the main entrance.
