Court Payments

For Court Payments, if you do not wish to appear for a traffic violation or a parking ticket, you have the following options:

• Pay by Phone:  At (541)995-6655.  Please note that pleas are not excepted over the phone.  By paying over the phone you are not contesting the citation and are are giving up your right to see the Judge.  
• Pay by Mail:  PO Box 378, Harrisburg, OR  97446.    
• Pay in Person:  Payments can be made at City Hall, located at 120 Smith St during regular business hours.  
• Payment Drop Box:  Payments may be placed in our payment drop box located to the left of City Halls front door, located at 120 Smith St.  

Please note, your payment must reach our office before your scheduled court appearance.  Late payments are subject to being found guilty by default, the maximum fine being imposed and suspension of license for failing to appear.  If you are questioning whether your payment will arrive on time, please contact court to inform them the payment has been mailed.

The Court accepts cash, check, money orders, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).  Please note that for all card payments, there is a $1.00 service fee and a 3% service charge added.  Court payments cannot be made online.  

If you wish to set up a monthly payment plan, please contact the City prior to your court date for assistance.  A completed payment application is required before payment plans will be approved.  There is a one-time fee for payment plans that will be added to the total balance due.
