Statewide Winner - Mia Portillo

Congratulations Mia Portillo!

Mia was the high school winner of the "If I were Mayor, I would" student contest for the City of Harrisburg. Her prize winning powerpoint presentation is available by clicking on the link at the bottom of the webpage. As the local winner, Mia won $75 in cash and her presentation was entered into the statewide competition. Mia's presentation also won first prize at the statewide competition, where she was awarded with an I-pad Air 2.

Mia Portillo was recognized as the Statewide Winner of the "If I were Mayor, I would..." student competition at the 2015 Oregon Mayor's Association Conference. Mia accepted the award with Harrisburg City Council President Mike Caughey. Congratulations to Mia on winning and in representing very well the City of Harrisburg and Harrisburg High School!
