An Invitation to a Free Meet & Greet Event on Traffic Enforcement!

Calendar Date:
Tuesday, February 4, 2020 - 4:30pm

Come and meet with members of the Coburg Police Department and Linn County Sheriff's Office about traffic enforcement in Harrisburg on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, 4:30 to 6:30PM @ the Harrisburg Municipal Center, located at 354 Smith Street

We cordially invite you to join Harrisburg City Council Members, City Staff, Members of the Coburg Police Department, and representatives from the  Linn County Sheriff's Office to talk about traffic enforcement in the City of Harrisburg!   This is an informal event, with cookies, coffee and water being offered.

If you have problems with people not obeying traffic signals or speed limits on your street, and would like to find out how the problem is being addressed, this is a great venue to come and ask questions. There are also a number of citizens who are just curious about how the new mutual aid agreement for limited hours of traffic enforcement will work.  This is a great place to meet Chief Larry Larson and some of his staff, and to ask questions.

Lieutenant Michelle Duncan or another member of the Linn County Sheriff's Office will also be here to talk about traffic enforcement, as well as well as being available to talk about what they do to fight crime in your neighborhoods.

Questions?  Please contact City Administrator John Hitt at 541-995-2200, or via email at jhitt@ci.harrisburg.or.us.
