The project involves roadway improvements and public utility installation in 9th Street and Sommerville Loop, from Hammer Street to Sommerville Loop. The improvements include asphalt surfacing, new concrete sidewalk, new concrete curb and gutters, new concrete ADA ramps and driveways, stormwater system improvements, and sanitary sewer improvements. The work involves sawcutting, excavation, trenching, removal, compaction, construction of: roadbed and asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway and flatwork, stormwater culvert, stormwater catch basins, stormwater conveyance outfall and ditch, sanitary sewer manholes, sanitary sewer mainline and sewer laterals and site restoration.
