CASE:  495 Territorial St-Isovolta.  Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review (LU 464-2025 and  465-2025) 

APPLICANT/OWNER:  Jim Woodall/ Isovolta Inc; 495 Territorial St; PO Box 287; Harrisburg, OR  97446

SITE LOCATION: The subject site is located at 495 Territorial St and is also known as tax lot 02300 of Linn County Assessors Map 15S04W10CC. 

REQUEST: The applicant requests approval for a 32,000 sq. ft. expansion of their current facility, including a 68’ tower. The expansion will allow for a new manufacturing process, including a new RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) and storage of resin in temperature-controlled refrigerated rooms. The RTO has a 95% destruction efficiency, and emissions are virtually odorless after being processed.  Full compliance and licensing per DEQ, EPA, Fire Marshal, and other federal and state regulations will apply to this expansion.
