Commercial Building Permit Application
The commercial building permit application form may be downloaded by clicking on the link at the bottom of this webpage. The form may be filled out electronically or printed and completed by hand. Please include three (3) sets of structural documents, 2 sets of specifications and plans along with one (1) copy of the building permit application.
The commercial building permit application form is a 'one-size fits all' application, and is required regardless of your project size and scope.
New commercial structures in the City of Harrisburg above a certain size will likely require planning approval. Please contact the City Planner before submitting any applications for more information.
