Harrisburg Mechanical Permit Application
A mechanical permit is used for things such as installing a heat pump, a new stove vent, air conditioning units, wood stoves, or venting. It is also used when installing gas lines and appliances. The City of Harrisburg now works with the City of Junction City to provide our building permit services. Please use the application at the bottom of this webpage. During the month of July, inspections should be scheduled through the City of Harrisburg, by calling 541-995-6655.
If you have a mechanical application that starts with HARR, then it was issued prior to July 1st. Please continue to call Linn County at 541-967-3816 in order to schedule inspections.
The City of Harrisburg will be switching to the State Software system (Acella) starting in the month of August.
